Calming Botanical Facial Steam

Botanical facial steam, 100% all natural organic herbs. This is the calming blend which contains: lavender buds, rose buds and chamomile flowers and petals mixed together for a calming beautifying concoction for your face! 2 oz tin with see-through lids.

Chamomile- Topically soothing but aromatically as well. Antimicrobial, antibacterial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and astringent properties assist in wound healing, inflammation, redness, eczema, hyperpigmentation, acne, and free radical damage. Which makes this a great herb all around and also helps reduce stress, anxiety and depression.

 Lavender- Anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiseptic, herb/oil, soothing skin aliments from inflammation (with eczema too). Also aromatically beneficial in helping reduce stress, anxiety and depression. 

 Rose- Antioxidant, anti-inflammatory herb and full of vitamins. Great for soothing skin aliments and nourishing skin and helps reduce stress, anxiety and depression.

Place 1-2 teaspoons in your form of facial steam I have a facial steamer I got off of amazon and I put the listing below or you can just type in facial steamer but this one is basic and good for adding this mix and essential oils. The steamer itself has instructions and I just add some of this calming blend and essential oils.

If you do not have a facial steamer these instructions are for you. :) Place 1-3 teaspoons in 3 cups of boiling water in a bowl. Cover and let steam for 5 minutes. Cover your head with a towel over the bowl about 10 inches above the bowl with herbs (and essential oils if you choose). Close your eyes, relax and breathe deeply for about 10 minutes. Repeat weekly.
